I love what I do.  Really.  I am passionate about education and setting the stage to ensure that people are taught using methods that help them actually learn.  Sounds simple but well, it doesn't happen often enough.  Billions are spent each year on teaching and training programs and even more money is spent on developing material that doesn't help learning to occur.  As an educator and a specialist in behavioural methods and accelerated learning, I help teams develop materials and training activities that meet learners where they are in the learning process.   It just makes sense to ensure that all that money and time spent on training actually yields the outcomes your team needs, right?  Yes indeed.

Here's a snapshot of some of the organisations where I have been a contributor as an employee, contractor, volunteer or consultant to help learners achieve critical learning objectives and outcomes.    Did I mention how much I love my work?
