eCBHFA

Supervised/Co-wrote full approach & package of evidence-focused Community Based Health and First Aid, a human-centered design, behaviour change-based approach and toolkit for health promotion at community level.  Wrote 90% of the content, piloted all modules in 43 countries.  Used in over 154 countries with over 7 million volunteers and 100,000 million beneficiaries, eCBHFA is IFRC's flagship community-based health programme. 

IFRC Humanitarian Health Competency Matrix

Core and technical health competency set was developed to quantify necessary competencies for a field health response and improve quality and accountability. The matrix and applicable tools also developed and in use globally.
