evidence-Based Community Based Health and First Aid is a human-centered design, behaviour change-based approach and toolkit. Used in over 154 countries with over 7 million volunteers and 100,000 million beneficiaries, eCBHFA is IFRC's flagship community-based health programme.
Core and technical health competency set was developed to quantify necessary competencies for a field health response and improve quality and accountability. The matrix and applicable tools also developed and in use globally.
